Es decir, elementos que permitan que las personas se muevan de manera libre y segura.
2. Económico
Se requiere pensar en el diseño de las construcciones para optiminzar la oferta de oportunidades laborales y de consumo. Se pueden tener espacios de trabajo adaptados, edificios accesibles con baños para sillas de ruedas, espacios sin colores estridentes y con protección sonora y señalizaciones sencillas. Esto permite que las personas con discapacidad física e intelectual puedan participar de un manera activa en la economía como trabajadores y consumidores.
3. Social
Se refiere a la adecuación de espacios para facilitar la interacción de todos los ciudadanos. Con adaptaciones en los lugares públicos como parques con columpios adecuados, museos con guías formados sobre discapacidad o colegios de integración.
